My Storyous Mobile App works as a sales overview, which is connected to Storyous by SaltPay - the leading POS solution. My Storyous allows restaurant managers to have an overview of their sales in real time and literally at their fingertips.
Storyous, a company we worked with back in the early days of covid to develop a mobile app for takeaway reservations - #kdesenajim, approached us in 2022 with a request to redesign their existing My Storyous app.
After a thorough analysis, we decided to create a brand new app for iOS and Android that is connected to Storyous by SaltPay's solution and serves as a sales report for restaurant managers. We developed the app with a focus on maximum simplicity and user-friendly design. Compared to the previous mobile app, we added a bunch of new features that in some cases surpass even the web solution.
In the app, a manager can select specific branches to include in the report. This allows him to view both reports from specific branches and, for example, an overall overview of all branches.
For a long-term overview without having to open the app, we've equipped My Storyous with widgets that show total daily sales and open sales
The branch details display information on open sales, current branch occupancy, total daily sales and daily profit.
When opening the daily sales or daily profit, a breakdown of payments into cash, card, bitcoin, vouchers and more is displayed.
Reports can be viewed in specific time frames - for example, daily, weekly, monthly, or by specific date.
The main screen contains an overall overview of all sales in the selected branches and the individual branch cards. Both the tabs and the overview of all sales show daily sales and total open sales.
In this section Managers can find Storyous invoices, including information such as due date, issue and current status.
